Delivery times vary depending on what time the order reaches us and the next available posting date. We aim to deliver within 2-3 working days. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative date or a refund.
For deliveries coming from outside the UK please allow an additional 10-28 working days.
We may use the courier service we believe to be the most reliable and effective depending on your order. At times we rely on third parties to delivery your order, we cannot be held responsible for their reliability and accuracy.
If products are returned to us as undeliverable they will be subject to an additional charge before being re-shipped. Alternatively, we may refund you the cost of the products minus the delivery charge and administration fee of £5.
On all orders, we will collect proof of posting, or if sent via courier, we will be issued with a tracking number which you may ask for at any time. If you do not receive your order, then we will contact our courier to see what compensation is claimable (if any). If you require extra compensation then you must ask us prior to placing an order and pay the extra for this cover.

Orders sent by First Class post are unrecorded and cannot be tracked. Once they leave our warehouse then we cannot be held responsible for the order. If an order that was sent by First Class delivery goes missing then we will attempt to claim compensation from Royal Mail. If the claim is successful then we will contact you to arrange a replacement or refund.
Please inspect your purchase on the same day it is delivered.
You must inform us by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48hrs of receiving the goods of your intention to return them in a resaleable condition.
The goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Exchanges or refunds are offered for items that are defective when received.Please note, reduced sale items are non-refundable.

Pierced earrings and personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Dolls may be returned provided that they have not had any protective wrap removed, not taken out of the box, the inner & outer must not be damaged and returned back to us in the in as new condition fit for resale.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you are allowed to open the item to inspect the goods, but not use them. Care must be taken to avoid damaging the packaging as you may lose your rights to return the item.The goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused, in undamaged stock condition suitable for resale. You must pay the carriage cost of returning the goods,You will also be charged an admin fee of £5 which will be automatically deducted from the refund.
Please enclose a covering note with details the reason for return, and what you would like us to do about it.Also include your order number and details of your original method of payment.If the products are in any way damaged upon return we will be unable to offer a refund, even if damage occurred in during the return transit.
Please note that shipping fees are the client’s responsibility, except if the product does not conform to the description of said product (the client is responsible for any damage done during the shipping of the returned goods).We would strongly suggest you consider recorded delivery or at the very least obtain a (FREE) proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for goods that we don`t receive.
